All images and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of the Photographer. This license provides the Client with the limited right to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the Images only for the terms below.
All licenses are granted for editorial use only in delivering news and information. No licenses are granted for advertising purposes or in conjunction with any marketing campaign. Licenses are only for the terms specified in the download options, i.e. low resolution shall be used for web only, medium resolution for web and newsprint and high resolution for any publication purposes. Client is granted a perpetual, worldwide license.
Client will not alter the images except for cropping or color correction. Client will not remove any copyright information and will take all reasonable measures to credit photographer by name where the image is displayed and in web publication includes a link back to this website.
