Art teacher and skate park guru Keith “K-Dubb” Williams joined Oakland city officials and Levi’s representatives to cut the ribbon today on a new concrete skate park in West Oakland’s DeFremery Park. Over the last seven years, Williams has led efforts to establish the “Town Park” skate park there and today celebrated a newly-constructed concrete section.
